Makes 3 pencil toppers. For the 5 X 7 hoop. Use 1 piece of felt in the hoop. Stitch the first 3 colors. Slide the second piece of felt under the hoop and stitch the applique color using the black thread. Remove from hoop and trim close to outside stitches.
