What is the size range for these patches?Up to 4” initially and no more than 8000-10000 stitch count.

What is the turnaround time to get my patch?The current turnaround time is 2-3 days for patches to ship.

Can I make any design a custom patch?For now, only designs selected by EmbroideryDesigns as “Patch Appropriate” will be available to make into a patch. EmbroideryDesigns is continuously looking for additional designs to add for patch applications and encourages customers to check back often for the latest available products.

What are the shipping and handling charges for patches?Shipping charges are based on the total quantity and destination. For destinations within the USA, first class shipping rate applies. International shipping rates vary depending on the destination and shipping method chosen. Free shipping may be available for qualifying orders. When can I expect to receive my patches after placing the order?Normally, orders are shipped within 2-3 business days after you place the order. But larger orders may take little longer as in most cases, the patches are manufactured after order is received.
